At Frederick Behavioral Health Services we believe it is important to provide the best support possible not only to our clients, but to our staff. When providers are well cared for, everyone benefits. As part of our team you will have access to board certified supervisors who are easy to reach for consultation. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build a caseload around your schedule and areas of expertise. Administrative support is also provided for all of our providers. We offer competitive fee-for-service reimbursement to our providers based on licensure and years of experience.

Clinical Supervision
Our practice has licensed LCPC and LCSW-C supervisors who want to help providers in the field reach their professional goals. If you are a current LGPC or LMSW and in need of clinical supervision reach out to see if our qualified supervisors are the right fit for you.
EMDR Consultation
Our practice offers individual and group EMDR consultation to our current providers who qualify. Licensed professionals outside of our practice who have completed an approved EMDR Basic Training and want to further their professional skills can also access individual or group EMDR consultation through us at a competitive cost.
EMDR consultation is a professional support system designed to help EMDR therapists build confidence, increase proficiency, and ensure the highest quality of care for people recovering from trauma and related concerns. To become an EMDRIA Certified Therapist will need to complete 20 hours of consultation. You can learn more about the certification process through EMDRIA.
